Polycarbonate (PC): PC material has a high impact resistance and high elasticity, its yield point force of about 60N / mm2, is one of today's strong impact resistance plastic. pc film temperature resistance is high (-30 ° C ~ 130 ° C temperature range), when the temperature or sudden changes in temperature when the pc film does not change much, showing good mechanical properties.

Polyester (PET): PET film has a good switch key life and excellent corrosion resistance wear resistance, excellent insulating properties.PET film has good drug resistance, insoluble in general solvents, and not alkali resistance. It has excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties, rigidity, hardness and toughness in thermoplastics, low water absorption, excellent resistance to abrasion and friction, and high dimensional stability. Tensile strength can be comparable to aluminum film, much higher than PC, PVC.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC): PVC film has excellent chemical resistance and insulating properties, but lower temperature resistance (about 60 ℃), poor tensile resistance, poor abrasion resistance. Therefore, PVC film is inferior to PC and PET materials in terms of impact resistance.
